I will be there from start to finish.
They won't have to deal with multiple different contractors, just me.
And I don't start another project until the one I'm working on is complete.
Your house is the only job on his list.
You've heard the stories: a kitchen torn out, then the contractor disappears to start somebody else's. Jacob doesn't work that way.
- One job at a time
Jacob doesn't start another project until the one he's working on is complete. While your remodel is open, it has his full attention.
- One person to deal with
You won't get passed between contractors. The person who gives you the estimate is the person running your job and the person you text with a question.
- Start to finish
From tear-out to the last trim piece, he's there. One customer put it in four words: “from beginning to end.”
A note on scheduling: because Jacob takes one job at a time, your start date may wait until the project ahead of yours is finished. Once your project begins, it gets his full attention until it's done.
Kitchens and baths first. The rest of your list, too.

Answers before you call.
Will I be dealing with a bunch of different contractors?
No. You deal with Jacob from the estimate to the finish. That's the whole point of how he works.
Why might I have to wait for a start date?
Jacob doesn't start a new project until the one he's working on is complete. If he's mid-job when you call, yours starts when that one is done, and then nobody else's job pulls him off yours.
Do you work outside Corpus Christi?
Yes, for kitchens, bathrooms and flooring, from Kingsville to Rockport. Everything else (laundry rooms, fences, slabs, fascia, stucco, porch columns, paint, trim and drywall) is Corpus Christi only, Flour Bluff, Calallen, Padre Island and Annaville included.
Who handles plumbing and electrical work?
If your remodel needs plumbing or electrical work, Jacob brings in a licensed plumber or electrician for that part. You still deal with Jacob from start to finish.
Are estimates free?
Yes. Call or text (361) 944-7682, or send the form on this page.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes. Seniors and military get a discount. Ask about it when you call or text.
Are you insured?
Yes. Nueces Renovations carries general liability insurance.
What are your hours?
Every day, 9 AM to 5 PM. Texts and the estimate form come through any time.
Tell Jacob about the project.
Two quick steps and Jacob will get back to you to set up a time. Rather talk? Call or text him.
