I will be there from start to finish.
They won't have to deal with multiple different contractors, just me.
And I don't start another project until the one I'm working on is complete.
Your house is the only job on his list.
You've heard the stories: a kitchen torn out, then the contractor disappears to start somebody else's. Jacob doesn't work that way.
- One job at a time
Jacob doesn't start another project until the one he's working on is complete. While your remodel is open, it has his full attention.
- One person to deal with
You won't get passed between contractors. The person who gives you the estimate is the person running your job and the person you text with a question.
- Start to finish
From tear-out to the last trim piece, he's there. One customer put it in four words: “from beginning to end.”
A note on scheduling: because Jacob takes one job at a time, your start date may wait until the project ahead of yours is finished. Once your project begins, it gets his full attention until it's done.
A Corpus Christi company with one name on it.
Nueces Renovations LLC is locally owned and based in Corpus Christi. There's no call center and no parade of strangers through your house. There's Jacob Vasquez.
He gives the free estimate. He runs the job. He's the person you text when you have a question, and he's there from the first day to the last. His customers notice: one review ends with three words, “Ask for Jacob.”
Why one job at a time
Jacob doesn't start another project until the one he's working on is complete. It means you sometimes wait a little for a start date. It also means that once your job starts, nobody else's kitchen pulls him away from yours.
What he does
Kitchen and bathroom remodels first: full tear-outs, custom cabinets, quartz, tile showers and glass walk-ins, and cabinet refreshes that keep the boxes and change everything else. Then the rest of the list: laundry rooms, floors, wood privacy fences, concrete slabs, fascia, stucco and porch columns, paint, trim and drywall. See it all on the Our Work page.
