The slate-blue kitchen
Taken out completely, then rebuilt: custom cabinets, quartz countertops, a new window, and an oversized island with a cooktop and vent hood, finished with a tile backsplash.
From a full tear-out to painted cabinets and new counters. Jacob gives you the estimate, he's there start to finish, and he doesn't start the next job until your kitchen is done.
Some kitchens need to come down to the studs. Others have solid cabinet boxes hiding behind dated doors and a tired countertop. This page has both: the slate-blue kitchen was taken out completely and rebuilt, and the other two kept their cabinet boxes and got new everything else. Jacob will tell you which kind yours is.
The estimate is free and it happens in your kitchen. Jacob walks the room with you, explains what's worth keeping and what isn't, and prices the version you want.
Once it starts, your kitchen is the only job he's working on until it's finished. No half-done kitchen sitting for a week while he's off starting someone else's.
I had a great experience from beginning to end. They were very professional, punctual, and communicated clearly throughout the entire project. The finished product turned out beautifully. No more rotten fascia boards! If you’re looking for a company, you can trust, this is the one. Ask for Jacob.Liz Barrios, Google review
Nueces Renovations did an amazing job on my laundry room renovation. The job entailed demolishing old shelves, installing new cabinets, painting, building and installing a floating shelf, tile and backsplash. I’m very satisfied with their work and Jacob was extremely easy to work with. He was very communicative and made my vision come to life!Shelby, Google review

The cabinet boxes stayed. The galley went from dark slate cabinets to white, with new doors and drawer fronts, new countertops and a black tile backsplash.
Same layout, new look: the cabinets painted blue, new countertops, a custom tile backsplash and a vent hood over the range.
Taken out completely and rebuilt.
Cabinet boxes kept; new doors, counters and backsplash.
Same layout: cabinets painted blue, new countertops.
“I don’t start another project until the one I’m working on is complete.” That’s Jacob’s rule, and it’s why you deal with him from the estimate to the last day.
No. Two of the three kitchens on this page kept their cabinet boxes. One had its cabinets painted blue, with new countertops, a tile backsplash and a vent hood; the other went from dark slate to white, with new doors and drawer fronts, new countertops and a backsplash. The slate-blue kitchen was the opposite: taken out completely and rebuilt. Jacob will tell you at the estimate whether yours are worth keeping.
No. You deal with Jacob from the estimate to the last day of the job. That's how he runs every project.
Because Jacob doesn't start a new project until the one he's working on is complete. If he's mid-job, yours starts when that one is done. The same rule means nobody else's kitchen pulls him off yours.
If your remodel needs plumbing or electrical work, Jacob brings in a licensed plumber or electrician for that part. You still deal with Jacob from start to finish.
Yes. If the kitchen is part of a bigger project, Jacob can take on the rest of the house too: bathrooms, floors, paint and trim.
Not for the inside work. Nueces, San Patricio, Aransas and Kleberg counties are all in the Texas Department of Insurance's windstorm area, but TDI lists cabinets, non-structural interior fixtures, surfaces, trim, painting and refinishing as work that doesn't need a windstorm inspection. Structural changes, additions and most exterior work are a different story.
